Not trying to start any crazy rumors here, but this is from the Tennessee game forum on volnation. Question I have is has anyone heard anyting about this being a thing? Searched and didn't see anything on it. These guys could just be whining and melting because Tennessee is down in their elimination game during this conversation. The conversation started because someone asked who would transfer out since Vitello can't seem to do anything in Omaha. For what it's worth, I think it would be a huge get for Jay.

If Burns wants to come to LSU, he's coming to LSU. I doubt JJ turns down a guy with his stuff. Burns and Hurd would be a damn strong 1-2 and the Xavier guy on Sunday.

Arkansas boards started rumors that Hagen Smith was jumping in the portal and headed to LSU.
Aggie boards were speculating that Jace LaViolette was going to do the same.
It’s fun to be hated. Reminds me of all the rumors we heard about football players transferring to Bama before BK took over.

I would take that info with a salted rim. I just don't see it. Tennessee is in Omaha, they're one of 6 teams left for the national championship. LSU has more history, but the programs are on the same level right now.

LSU will be back to winning titles soon. Nobody is willing to dish the money LSU is out to buy a championship. We clean the portal out. We might get some huge surprises in the portal this year. Just need to find a few bats alongside the pitching. We're going to get some really good pitchers back at some point year. Don't know if Taylor will be gone all year I'd have to think he might be back by the midway point. He'd be amazing first option out of the pen.

All these players that transfer to LSU will all say something like wanting a championship BS, but it's really the $$$ they are hearing we pay. LSU are the Yankees, Dodgers, and Cubs combined for college baseball. Plain and simple
