If I work between 4:20 -4:45, so I can be in the ER to take care of people after someone does something stupid Saturday Morning

We always called then the true weekend warriors.
Had a guy one Saturday who pulled his running lawnmower back over his tennis shoe, pretty much all the way to his ankle.
