60 years of hurt ends at wc2026…it’s coming home to the lads. George III avenged on American soil

Can't wait to be tied 1-1 against Argentina and Berhalter leave Gio and Pepe on the bench to bring in Jordan Morris

You don't have to wait until the WC to see that--will happen in Copa '24 now, except Gio will be out of the squad entirely.

Were there any MLSers in the squad last night?
It’s hard to believe Gregg would replace any of those guys with a Ferreira or Morris, going forward.

MRob started the game, and Zim came on for him as a late sub. Think that was it though. Supposedly the Gold Cup squad will be MLS-heavy, as we try to develop some more depth behind our Europe-based A squad.

When you struggle to find minutes for Pepi, Zimmerman, Aaronson, etc., you don't need to be focusing on building freakin depth
Let these play together for a couple years and they might actually function well together come cup time

This is so eerily similar to Miles keeping his job at LSU and then getting fired the following season. We know what we have in Gregg. He is not the coach to help this team take the next step. Look at how awesome they looked last night without that clown on the sidelines.
