I'm not so sure about that.
I'm not a lawyer, but Ben Shapiro is (Harvard law school). He thinks Trump broke the law. Not only that, but I heard him yesterday reading a transcript of a recording on which Trump admitted it.
He also thinks that lots of presidents have broken the law in similar ways and that Trump is being selectively and vindictively prosecuted.
But that doesn't change the probability that he really did break the law in this case.

What a haphazard and dangerous position for midget Ben to take relative to other presidents.
There’s a mountain of evidence against trump. When Ben finds a mountain of evidence against other presidents and audio recordings of their acknowledged frickups, it’ll be an apples to apples comparison.

Shocker! Shapiro has always been a never Trumper. Color me unimpressed.
Hillary clearly broke the law. And Comey chose to look the other way, claiming some nonsense about no one would ever move to prosecute. Which is bullshite. The selective application of what is / isn’t legal, depending on personal favoritism, and or political affiliation needs to be abolished or this country is finished.
