Pensacola/Perdido Key area

My wife is having her birthday while we’re on vacation - we’ll be in the Perdido Key/Pensacola area.
Can someone who knows of that area, please help me out and layout a badass night out on the town for me: pre-game drinks possibly, dinner, bar scene afterwards or whatever that would be cool.
Dinner for about 10-12 people including some kids but they’ll go back home after dinner.
Left to party would be my wife (turning 36/no pics but she’s hella smokin just sayin) along with myself and her 3 brothers and their wives - all around the same age (33-40 y/o).
Lay a solid plan/scene out there for me, it would be much appreciated.

You can go ahead and scratch Perdido Key off the list for any of what you are looking for

New place by the Florabama folks in OB called Coastal. Went a few weeks ago and enjoyed it.

Dinner at cobalt then just go to the florabama, sit in the upstairs bar in the large corner booth and order lots of drinks. Always a fun time.

Reach out to Fishers.
Always a great meal and great atmosphere.
Like you mentioned, after the kids are tucked away you can mosey over to FloraBama from the Perdido side... made this similar night move many of times and always a great night

Perfidy Key doesn’t have much of a bar scene and that’s the way they like it. I have a home there and would suggest the Oyster Bar restaurant for dinner if you want to stay in Perdido Key area for dinner. They’ll take your reservation for 10-12. We eat there all the time. Did my sons engagement party there just after he proposed on the beach. Food is great and they had 1 server who’s only job that night was our table. Think we had 16 people. It’s on the water right below the bridge so good scenery also.
For after party, head into Pensacola and go downtown. You can bar hop down there until you find your happy place! I’m not a bar person at all so I can’t help u on which ones are the best there. Someone else maybe can chime in on the bar scene downtown.
