I don’t think Jake is saying it’s ok. I believe what he is saying is we shouldn’t have believed the gay community back then when they were saying they just wanted to get married. He is confirming the slippery slope and not letting the gays off the hook by saying the trans hijacked their movement. He is saying that this perversion has always been their and all the people that are up in arms about it now should have stood up against it 20-30 years ago because as he said “They were doing this shite even back then”
