In their business..
But don't back their employees in these cases. Sure the stuff is insured, but the CEOs certainly don't live there. They don't have to deal with the neighborhood rot created by " its insured" mindset. This employee recognizes it's just not right to let someone else walkout without paying - it's demoralizing.

That’s the stupidest excuse I can think of for allowing this behavior, but it was slipped into the minds of the people by the far left during the summer of 2020. My truck is insured. That doesn’t mean I’m going to loan it to someone when they tell me that they are going to drive it off into a lake.
