Absolutely, mainly illegal harvesting. I haven’t seen anything convincing on the electronic front. Not saying they wouldn’t, I just don’t think they needed to.

Democrats have a higher number of registrations. They therefore have an advantage if they can get out the vote, ("legal ballot harvesting"?). Both parties have to try to get the independents. Independent women hate Trump.

But the harvesting was via illegal ballots.
