What do I have growing here?

I fight it every year. I had my lawn man spray it with his commercial weed killer and it’s back in less than two months.

Any way to get rid of this for good?

That’s a mud pit, that weed is doing you a favor. Just trim it. It’s pretty

The weed on the left is three seeded mercury. Just use round up since there is no grass.

dig it all out and then level the ground, cover with weed guard mat, then cover area with crushed limestone and it will be weed free and look nice forever

I may just do what’s to the right in the photo. Dig it out and replace with #57 stone. I’m tired of fighting a losing battle every year.

use the weed guard mats first or it will grow again right through the stone.

you have to have a weed barrier to stop it
