I personally don't care because he's not really mine, but my wife is a wreck. I keep saying he must have got it from his daddy. Either way I have to worry about this kid smelling my underwear until he moves out in august.

It's okay OP. Just let it happen or this will be you:

How does one support a kid with his sexual preferences?

By letting him be happy with other men and not making him feel uncomfortable with who he is as a person on a base level?

You haven’t known multiple straight people that this applies to? Degenerate, reckless, self-harming?

Precisely, and parents generally disapprove of those type of relationships.

Good point.

You queer boys get so angry when held to the same standards as everyone else.

Do you want to be seen as normal or special? Because normalcy requires dealing with shite you don't like to hear.

As Duke said on the last page, judge their dates based on their personality, behaviors, whatever. But that's not the main point of this thread and some of the replies in it. It's the simple fact that their kid would love someone of the same gender that some people cannot accept, even if that person they fall in love with is a wonderful person who will support them and love them as well as anyone of the opposite gender could.

Do you do this with your kids dates?

Accept them all and make them all feel 100% comfortable?

(Its rhetorical, I know you dont have kids by your posts in this thread.)

Sorry Liberace, most men dont do that shite.

So you want to be treated "special" and not have to deal with the same gauntlet straight people deal with.

You want universal acceptance. frick you.

Evidently it makes them very angry (see this thread) if you don't think theyre "special."

I'm going to make the boys my daughter brings home as uncomfortable as possible. What kind of messed up logic is it that people feel obligated to be pumped about their child fricking anyone just because they are gay?

Also loving the "supporters" in here calling others gay as an insult. Fake arse people

None of them are truly asking you to treat them as special. Just don't treat them as less of a person for feeling happier in a relationship with someone of the same sex.
