Been looking into the draft a lot, and i think the talent depth in this draft is pretty awesome, better than typical for sure. Came up with a Big-Board, tiered the prospects in positions, and tried to comp everybody, and wanted to share so some ppl can get excited about a few they may not know about, and also to have discussion of comps and tiers. This is awesome and you clearly put alot of time and thought into it.

We have young talent and the difference makers will be gone by the time we draft. I still think we’d be better off trading the pick for someone who can help now. But if we draft, I think it’s a good opportunity for front court depth. Guys like Nandi, Lively and Clowney have a chance to be decent rotational bigs and will be available late in the first round. My thought is trade back, get a first round pick, and draft a big. Then use that extra pick to get more depth in the front court since we can’t depend on Zion. All this is much easier said than done though.

great work.

rivals the great preseason football analysis we get.

if your comps are close for the top 14 it will be the greatest class ever.

I'm still on the Gradey Dick train.

I saw too many games with Zion & BI out, and Trey having a cold 1st half, that I wished the Pels had another 3 pt scorer to quickly get us back in the game.

I think comps are fine in general to get a sense of what a player is like. But taking to that next step, for example..

quote:

PG Scoot Henderson (better Westbrook)

That just seems a bit extra.

quote:

12 PG Amen Thompson (faster Scottie Barnes/Jalen Green)

Are you really this low on Amen? Almost every mock I'm seeing him in has him at #4..

Great job on this. Good to see someone else so high on Coulibaly and especially Cissoko. Although at 6'7 and strong, wide body, Cissoko is more of a SF/PF type. I'd be pumped if Pels drafted him as a wildcard upside swing.

We need to pick up this guy just to make the poster who was always starting threads about Christian Wood happy. Is that guy still around?
