Both decrease fat and increase in lean mass.
I think we're super close to a limited to zero side effect fat burner/ increase in muscle mass drug with the advances we've seen over the last decade. I'm just really worried about the distribution of it, and how society will actually view something like that.
Would someone like Lizzo use it?

I'm finally putting some time in the gym for more than a few months and now everybody is gonna get shredded. FML
