Im as big of lebron fan as there is. But this lebron > steph, or steph > lebron because ones team beats the other is stupid. Both are amazing players, its a team game. Lakers bench came up huge yest to help. Curry has had klay, iggy, durant come up big in nba finals to help him win before. Just because a team wins doesnt mean one player > than other. Both are awesome, just watch and enjoy because one day soon both will be gone.

And Lebron is at the point where he’s getting carried.

Sadly there have been a few posters over the years who have said Lebron isn't even top 10. It's usually some rando who think hes a chinese spy though.

Getting carried? He played 43 minutes last night and had

27 points
9 rebounds
6 assists

How on earth is that being carried?

You mean Lonnie walker the 4th? AD and lebron were no where to be found in the 4th. Jordan always wanted the ball in his hands with game on the line. At least Steph had the balls to put his game on the line

Well this Lebron better than Curry retort popped up a day after Curry went for 31 pts, 10 rebounds, and 14 assists. So it’s pretty much just a bunch of uninformed emotional trolling from everyone as usual. I realize the NBA is a superstar league and people seemed more invested in players than teams, but it is in fact still a team sport. None of these guys are winning championships without their teammates playing well.

Eta: Klay Thrompson went for 9 and Jordan Poole went for ZERO. That’s 2 20+ point/game scorers basically doing nothing. That’s why Warriors lost.

I know this is Steph/Lebron thread but it always come back to Jordan, as it should.

There are MANY faults in the "jordan is better than Lebron" debate. They play different positions, it's like comparing Jerry Rice to Barry Sanders. But one of the biggest is the fact that most people who believe this made up their minds 10 years ago. And 10 years ago they were right. But now it's just feelings over facts.

There is literally one category that Jordan prevails, and that is championships. If that is the deciding factor then Bill Russell is way better than Jordan. Havlicek and Robert Horry have more. Kareem and Pippen are tied. Jordan's greatness on the court is undeniable, but Lebron will finish as the greatest player of all time.

And the fact that he doesn't care if you think so is one of the things that infuriates his detractors.

Boy lakers fans are sensitive even after a big win. I thought LeBron was the undisputed goat you guys don’t have to try so hard

Curry shite his pants on the jump ball when he saw LeBron in his face and couldn’t hold onto it.

You sure?

PPG?
PER?

Lebron playing 20 seasons (compared to 15 seasons for Jordan) has certainly made the debate interesting and he will definitely top Jordan in all the individual counting stats.

Yet not one single post from anyone saying “lebron is not top 10” as you claimed. Caught being dramatic, again.

They aren’t winning and losing based on Lebron.

Anthony Davis is the most important player in that team.
