Jordan Neely, a beloved subway performer, grew up in a family of musicians who want him to be remembered as a "human being," a family lawyer said.
Dude was well known all over NYC as a total menace with literally hundreds of previous internet posts about avoiding him. Was arrested 44 times, including kidnapping a 7 year old, and hitting an elderly woman so hard he fractured her orbital bone. And had an active felony warrant for assault.
