The Saints addressed need in their draft (at least early on) and they did so with guys who fit their preferred player profile...even if those weren't as highly rated across the board.

At worst, they have the most accomplished QB in the NFC South. The OL should be ok. The WR group could be good if Thomas is something close to his pre-2020 level. The defense is concerning with the front 7 depletions, but Allen has kept them competitive on that side of the ball. Hopefully that continues.

Outside of Philadelphia, the NFC as a whole seems wide open. SF has the best roster behind (or maybe ahead of Philly), but a lot of uncertainty at QB. LA is aging. Rogers is out of GB. Seattle, Minnesota, Dallas, NY COULD all be good. But does any one truly trust their QBs to be consistently great?

there was some clown on the radio trying to claim that carolina has the best qb in the division right now. made me laugh. dude hasnt even taken a practice snap in the league yet and he was saying it so definitively.
