The Old Grey Whistle Test - If your a fan of classic rock you should check out Old Grey Whistle Test on YouTube.

It was a British show from the 70's and 80's that featured a lot of bands in their prime.

They have got some fantastic concerts and clips from some great bands...Lynyrd Skynyrd, Tom Petty, Ted Nugent, Dire Straits and many others.

Here's a link to a few if your interested

Lynyrd Skynyrd 1975

Tom Petty 1978

Eric Clapton 1977

Video quality is not great due to it being so old, but very watchable.

Edited to say that the Lynyrd Skynyrd concert is incredible. Gary Rossington and Allen Collins are on fire in this show. They play together so well !

Yes, The Old Grey Whistle Test, The Midnight Special and Don Kirshner's Rock Concert are among my favorite things to watch on YouTube. Some really great classic performances on all of them.

The Police jam Regatta de Blanc. 1979. Andy Summers could be hypnotizing on some of those old tracks.

Bob Marley & The Wailers played a few gems on there. This was shortly before Marley, Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer went separate ways. This is prime Wailers.

And if you like that, this in studio show they did for Record Plant Studios in Sausalito is about as good as it gets for them.

You'll never listen to Stop That Train again the same way once you realize it was written about a man contemplating suicide.
