Has does it compare with other brands ? It seem a good value at $20 for 30 servings. Also what is everyone’s opinion on the best currently on the market?

it was better when it had DMAA, now not so much
figure out which elements of a preworkout mix work best for you and roll your own. I found a lot have yohimbe in them and even though I have a very high tolerance for stims my body doesn't like this particular one at any dose.

Stim or non-stim?
I make my own. Super cheap.
Citrulline - one scoop in water an hour before when I open my energy drink.
Beta Alanine - four capsules 35 minutes before.
Aminos and creatine in shaker bottle with water during workout.
Magnesium and fish oil after with protein shake
I stopped arginine due to fever blisters

Like others have said it is better to just make your own. You can use an existing pre-workout as a 'base' and add things to it or you can source the ingredients off internet and make your own mix. I use an existing pre-workout product and add electrolytes and creatine to it.
