Dugas needs to move down.
Jay doesn't know how to manage pitchers.
Jones needs to sit.
Travenski has no business catching.
LSU can't win mid-week games.
Can't believe we are putting Money in?
Can't believe we are taking Money out?
Why 4 pitchers in 1 inning?

I could go on and on.

I am glad Jay is our coach and doesn't read Tiger Rant.

Wait until the final out!

Geaux Tigers.

The legitimate gripe was Floyd being left in too long.

Agreed.

However. Im still a little confused on running Milazzo for Travinski.

Unless he was just hoping for a little bit better bunt from Kling...

It was a weird call. Would love to hear his logic.

I mean, there is really no way to defend how the 8th was handle. We got lucky Hurd pitched arguably the best 5 outs of his career.

That was probably because of the base running mistake that potentially cost us the Nichols game.

+1

And does Jay know he can pinch run an outfielder off the bench for Travinski and then enter Milazzo behind the plate for the 9th inning?

Sometimes you make the right move and it doesn’t work. Sometimes you can make the wrong move and come out smelling like a rose.

Was going to put him in defensively anyway. And he’s a better base runner than Travinski. Didn’t want burn other options. Not that difficult to u sweatband that move.

Me too but more because Kling is coming off a Hammy injury. Also, the base runner should have been moving or had a much better jump.

This is nothing new. This is every game LSU doesn't run-rule 10-0 after 7. And even then, there are similar posts.

He was literally posting until right before Travinski hit the go ahead HR against Ole Miss. After that, he logged off. Can't make that up.

We have both the best and worst fans in college baseball.

Unfortunately it seems all the dumb ones post here.

If you're not going to play Stevenson or Pearson in the outfield for the 9th, what options are you burning by pinch running one of them?

I thought about that too. Maybe part of it.

It wasn't a good bunt. It was bunted straight back to the pitcher. If it was a good bunt, M would have been safe. Maybe JJ was saving OF's in case we went extra innings. Maybe he was saving a pinch runner for later. Regardless, he is one of the best coaches LSU has ever had (Skip not included)

Too funny. We need to hold him accountable.
