A few old sitcoms (like Frasier and early 3rd Rock from the Sun)

"Old"

The 70s, frankly, was a new Golden Age for sitcoms. Don't get me wrong, I do dig the "classic" classics, I Love Lucy, Honeymooners, Gilligan, Jeannie, Bewitched, Brady Bunch, etc., but the 70s had all the Lear shows (All in the Family, Jeffersons, Good Times - I was never crazy about Maude), and also Sanford and Son, M*A*S*H, WKRP, SOAP, Barney Miller, Taxi, The Bob Newhart Show - it was just a helluva time to be a sitcom fan.

Obviously, the 80s had Cheers and Cosby as dominant forces, and a lot of great shows there, too, but I just don't think that decade had the quantity of great shows that the 70s did.

Soap, if you can find it. It is hard to believe that and WKRP has such short runs.
