That i funded her cruise. Found the house on my own. Contacted her as she was a friend to see the house the next day. Made offer that same day and was accepted 3 hours later. Closed and moved in 18 days later. She was a friend so I was happy to help.

The real winning move is to pay your own MLS fee and then 3% to the selling agent
