At the end of the day, the films are making money. Horrible films. But making money.

And leaving a ton of money on the table. Disappointed in terms of revenue/profit. Continued excuses as to why it eventually they will have to face facts.

What were her qualifications before she became president of lucasfilm? I really don't know I just know she's bad at her job.

She was a well-known Hollywood producer, a protege of Steven Spielberg's, who had been nominated for eight Academy Awards for Best Picture. Though to be perfectly honest, her role in those nominated films was mostly incidental.
Of the eight films she received nominations for, five were directed by Steven Spielberg (E.T., The Color Purple, Munich, War Horse, and Lincoln) and one was directed by David Fincher (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button). The other two movies were The Sixth Sense (a film mostly fueled by its smart screenplay) and Seabiscuit.

She's been a very successful producer. She's just been a bad fit for Star Wars

IMDb's Kathleen Kennedy listigs as producer is very impressive.
Many times, the ones that say "executive producer" can be ones where that person was responsible for getting the funding for the film.
The same people go see the Star Wars movies, then come on here and complain about them. Why?

This Star Wars drop has everything...

It was about making money and they’ve made a ton on the PT and Rogue One. But they probably should have made more.
The Mandalorian is as good as anything since the OT.
Does she have say in the TV Shows?

Her "credentials" were making coffee for Steven Spielberg. EVERY project she has touched at LucasFilm has had production problems, firing of directors, delays, and/or reshoots costing hundreds of millions of dollars. She makes a dumpster fire look good by comparison.
