Need Little and Collins to be able to throw strikes

Sounds obvious, I know, but especially this year with the zone so tight and other pitchers going down, these 2, who have good stuff, have to start hitting their spots.

After this weekend, that Ump from last night should be graded out for the rest of the season. Every single pitch on the inside to lefties and those that were up were out of the strike zone.

They both have good offspeed, which should match up well with SC. I hope they play.

Need Hurd to get his act together. We NEED the dude to reach his potential.

We had a month of non conference to prepare for this
Turns out the SEC is better than Central Connecticut, who knew?

Let me get this straight, you’re saying we should have scheduled SEC teams in non conference?
Central Connecticut is 13-1 and will likely win their conference, btw.

I'm just hoping he can be a decent reliever at this point. I think Collins will get back to being who he was last year. If Collins can be the guy to eat innings when we're losing (something we desperately needed last night), and Ack gets healthy then we suddenly have a decent bullpen with those 2, Guidry, and Herring. We're still fricked with SP though unless Little gets it together and bumps Floyd to Sunday. Then we're suddenly stacked and Hurd and Coleman become luxuries. We're walking a very fine line between fricked and stacked

We aren't walking any line. If Omaha and winning the SEC are the goals, then we are way closer to fricked. I don't think all of Little, Cooper, Collins, Hurd will just flip a switch and turn it on. And we would need every single one of them to in order to get back to talking about stacked.
