I'm guessing this is done by mid May if he hasn't turned it around. It seems like the team is telling him to shite or get off the pot with a bunch of early season playing time.

I think they’re gonna give him every opportunity early to see if he can figure something out, especially since it appears the offense is good enough to not need him. But if he’s still the same ol’ Ozuna, I think they DFA him by June, if not sooner. But I think they do give him at least all of April.

I posted that without reading any of the posts on this page. Looks like a lot of people agree. You hate to eat that much money, but if he can’t hit in the middle of THIS lineup, he’s just wasting a roster spot.
I know they want Grissom to play short every day in Gwinnett—and he needs to if they really think he’s the SS of the future—but with the way Arcia is playing, the 2023 Atlanta Braves might be better with Grissom platooning with Rosario in LF, DHing, and giving Arcia and Ozzie the occasional day off. And even Ronnie, even if that means moving Eddie to RF that day.
