So I was thinking of fertilizing today ahead of the rain tomorrow. should I use just the fertilome 15-0-15 centipede fertilzer or the fertilome weed and feed centipede 15-0-15 based on above pics... or wait longer?

Certainly a good time to fertilize your centipede, and apply 3 1/3 pounds of the 15-x-x per 1000 sq ft = 1/2 lb N per 1000 sq ft. The directions on the bag may have a different (higher) application rate, if so I would not follow them.

I always advocate keeping fertilization and weed control as separate activities, so I would go with the straight lawn fertilizer and not the Weed & Feed with this caveat.

As I recall, Fertilome is manufacturing some Weed and Feed products that have pre-emergent herbicide such as Dimension incorporated as opposed to a post-emergent herbicide like Atrazine or Trimec. I would not opposed to use of a W&F with pre-emergent herbicide unless you already applied some pre-emergent earlier in the year, though it still would likely be better to do that as a separate activity.

By chance do you have a link to the Fertilome 15-0-15 W&F so I can look at the label to see what herbicide is in that product?
