Gotta watch that back door pass cutting to the basket When you double her. They run a really good pick n roll...She's as good of a passer as she is scorer. I just hope she has a off night n we force her into a few off balance shots...

I think we should run a lineup throughout the game that consist of

Morris
Johnson
Williams
Smith
Reese

With Johnson on Clark.

Both Williams and Reese or athletic enough to get out there and defend the perimeter.

But you can’t let Iowa run that pick and role play that destroyed SC.

Defending the pick and roll is exactly what I was thinking. They scored so much off this. And if you go behind the screen she shoots bombs. Going to need some backside help. Team defense will be critical. They tend to clear out the paint to set this up so need to be play smart and with awareness

USC played zero help and that’s why Iowa got all of those rolls. Even if you’re in man two passes away should be in help. If there’s no help she’s going to blow by as she did for 20 points v USC and also hit the roll. USC just didnt handle it well. Switch and deny the roll. Staley jus thought they would brut force win

I like us to win this game!!!

I do also if we can knock down some perimeter shots. They are going to pack it in the paint, like they did vs the SC bigs, and dare us to shoot from the outside. We need 1-2 players to get hot and make those shots all game which will open everything up.

I dunno, but luckily LSU has a really good coach who can put the best foot forward.

Can’t wait to see what flamboyant shite she is wearing Sunday.

Maybe she will come out like one of the Brazilian carnival folks for the game.

Almost the entire pre show was focused in how LSU can stop Caitlin. There some interesting insights about how Caitlin controls players guarding her closely. Also discussion about keeping the balls out of her hands on initial rebounds. It seems like they are pulling for LSU.
