I went to login to our amazon account this morning and they have NO record of our account. It is very confusing since I had deliveries just even yesterday and email conformations.

Has this happened to anyone else?

It's like my account disappeared over night.

Weird. Do you have the app or 2 factor ID set up?

You probably have a typo in your email address.

Also... Call Amazon

Really strange, have never had something like this happen with our account.

May be time to contact any credit card you have saved on there and start getting new cards issued. You should also change the password for any other accounts that use the same e-mail address & password combination.

Just over a year ago my buddy gave me his credit card to buy equipment for project i was doing for him. Had previously done this for him. Well he didnt realize the charges on his bill and disputed with CC company. My amazon account showed same symptoms you have, and had to seal with amazon support to get it all cleared up with order #s and charges, then pay for it myself and get reimbursed by buddy. Was areal PITA since smart devices were under my account

You might want to go to haveibeenpwned and check if your email and password have been leaked somewhere. If they were able to get into your email and you use the same password for your Amazon acct, they could have logged you out and changed your account details. The account might still be there but it's now in their hands.

As someone earlier said you probably should check credit cards, bank accounts etc. anything that's associated with your Amazon acct. and anything that's associated with your email.

It could be some weird thing on Amazon's end but it sounds a little like someone has gained access to your account and possibly your email. If that's the case set up 2FA on everything you can. Start locking things down now before it's too late.
