They're not included in the traditional list of blue bloods, no. This Final Four puts them at six, equal to Arkansas. Winning the championship is obviously a big deal but they don't have near the sustained success of the traditional blue bloods.

UConn is 100% a blue blood, even with most of their success coming in the last 25 years. The entire point is winning championships.
