Winnie the Pooh slasher flick is a box office hit; sequel has been greenlit

Winnie the Pooh: Blood and Honey was made on a budget of less than $100,000 and has made $3.8 million in select theaters. This has led to the greenlighting of a sequel, as well as other Disney-based horror projects such as Bambi: The Reckoning and Peter Pan's Neverland Nightmare.

Nowhere as good as “The Night the Reindeer Died.”

Michael Jackson would’ve loved that

Calm down. It's not a blockbuster, it's an extremely minor hit that most of it's patrons probably went to out of curiosity/irony.

It's now on Tubi, so I watched it last night.
It's actually...not terrible? I mean, the acting is awful and you can tell it's low-budget, but the kills (at least the ones that happen on-screen) are decent and the cinematography isn't bad (minus the super aggressive shaky-cam). Supposedly the sequel is even better
If you're looking for a low-budget slasher, you could do a lot worse.
