I guess you haven’t heard what they did. Purdue essentially paid a guy at the FDA to give them the only ever non addictive label on a opioid based painkiller. He gave them the label and left shortly after for a extremely high paying job at Purdue. Then doctors unbeknownst to them were prescribing these “non addictive” painkillers left and right for pain management. Most of their patients were becoming addicted to opioids and it started the opioid crisis in America. People were given a drug they were told was non addictive and it was a 100% lie. Gotta feel for a lot of good people that got addicted because of one companies lie and corruption.

Worst take I’ve read on this board for awhile.

Purdue created a heavily addictive pain killer, lied about it, incentivized it’s sale, hid their research, and made billions.
I don’t believe in hell, but I wish I did for those fricks.
