As much as I dislike Obama, he was a lot sharper (even before dementia) than Biden. He is just as sharp now. He's 100pct correct about this and the smartest thing the democrats could've done was forget this whole idea two weeks ago.
Now??? Might be too late. It's been a big enough ruckus that President Trump is going to tweet for YEARS about how they tried to arrest him.
Love him or hate him, if you want President Trump to go away, ignore him.
