It's not necessarily mental illness to be more feminine as a male or masculine as a female. Get your freak on and do your thing, cross dress, etc, whatever. It is mental illness when the individual actually believes they are a woman, but physically a man, and vice-versa. It becomes extreme mental illness when the individual wants others to perceive them as such and/or go as far as having procedures to attempt to change their sex. If physically male, just because you feel like a woman and are more feminine in nature, does not make your gender female. No one cares that much if the man wants to wear a dress, but keep that shite to yourself, as just a man in a dress. It doesn't need to be displayed at a show, the false message doesn't need to be conveyed to children or anyone, it shouldn't and won't be accepted for people to play along with those kinds of feelings. You can feel and act as whatever you want, but it doesn't actually make it true.
