Another thing...

Chinese can take suffering. Chinese can sleep on a concrete floor with no a/c and eat a bowl of rice a day, no problem.

We’re not about that life no mo.

Our capacity to withstand suffering doesn’t stand a chance.

You're not wrong.....the majority of Chinese are not living with all the conveniences Americans enjoy. I think most Americans still believe the US is the undisputed global superpower with no challenger.....as our banking system teeters on collapse.

In one way I agree but never underestimate a hangry man with nothing left to lose. We are soft in this country because we can be at this time. But deep down there is grit. Also there are plenty of rural folks just looking for a reason to bust some heads.

You endure what you have to or die. There will be some that can adapt. The weak won't. The pampered won't. Rural folks would do better than city people and patriots better than Antifa types.

Hitler thought we were weak as did the Japanese. They were wrong. We still carry the genes of those that fought and won at Bastogne, Normandy, Guadalcanal and Iwo Jima.

We still have a sizeable minority of people that would fight to last bitter drop of blood. I'd rather fight with those than be burdened with the others. I think many on this board are patriots.
