Murdagh Murders Podcast is really good. 84 episodes on all aspects of the case and a bunch on the Stephen Smith case. The investigation was bungled from the get go and it never improved.
Also, the mom just raised $41k to have his body exhumed for an independent autopsy. Hopefully she gets justice. It was not a hit and run.

At this point if it's something obvious like that i guess something can be done about it. Other than that what can be seen from a pile of bones? If it was already ruled a hit and run which i assume would have some damaged bones anyway?

Just started getting into this case. Is there evidence out there to suggest something other than a hit and run? Beside this family being a piece of shite.

A lot of physical evidence (or lack thereof). He only had head trauma. No road rash, his shoes were still on (typically when you’re hit by a car like that your shoes fly off), etc. No indication of transfer from the surface of car to wounds.
