For a state so reliant on sales taxes and apparently broke, Louisiana sure does put up a lot of impediments to sales tax generators. 12 months to “study” the flow. 12 months?

I hope they do for good. frick this states government. Last place in everything except tax rates. We get the least for our money out of anyone in the country.
