Through aAll this debate we have to not play Skenes an accomplished hitter in his own right.

Skenes isn't brought up because I think it is obvious the direction Skenes career is going. Not saying he won't get any at bats at all this year but nothing has suggested he will be a crucial part of the lineup. My opinion on Skenes is he would be what Jones is. Have some swing and miss but when he hits it, it will be hard. So why put him at DH when you have a guy similar to his skill set that isn't your Friday night guy.
