Not when we were discussing the types of patients he sees. My line of work deals with the most unhealthy amongst us, and so does his. We were discussing using this shot as a means for some of his VERY big patients to get to a point where they can even have an open procedure… and we were both in agreement that it’s beneficial and he’s seen positive outcomes getting patients to that benchmark. Our discussion curtailed into lazy housewives taking it because a solid, consistent plan is too hard for them. Why did the discussion go there? Because he said he’s recently had issues with his patients getting their hands on it because of said housewives taking it to lose 20-30 lbs.

Not insecure at all. It’s a frustrating reality that people are allowed to discuss, but by all means, label it as insecure if you must.
