You saw the capitol police escorting him around and you don’t think that is exculpatory.
Like described here in his Statement of Offense?:
quote:
13. The defendant then left the Gallery and proceeded down a staircase in an attempt to gain entry to the Senate floor. There, the defendant once again encountered Officer K.R., who once again asked him to leave the building. The defendant insisted that others were already on the Senate floor and he was going to join them. Officer K.R. then followed the defendant on to the Senate floor.

Nope. The officer didn’t follow him. The officer literally walked in front of him, opened the door for him, stepped aside and escorted him in. It’s plain as day on the video.
You still haven’t watched the video. Good lord. It’s ALMOST like you care more about politics than truth.

VIDEO evidence to the contrary. Why don’t you just watch the video?
Can someone better at tech than me please get the officer opening and holding the door for the defendant. Decatur is telling us not to believe our eyes.

I've watched the video. It's just strange that you think any of that is exculpatory.

Then why did you say that the officer followed him when he clearly walked in front of him and opened the door for him?
It is clearly exculpatory. Where did you go to law school? Good lord. The cops were guiding him. Not demanding he leave. The video is clear. You ignoring it just proves yet again you are ok with weaponizing the government against your political opponents. Just admit it. You will feel better.

Because Decatur thinks a guilty plea under the boot of the federal government is reality and actual reality is a fantasy. Just like Mike Flynn.
She's just a staggeringly shitty human being.

He is literally telling us not to believe our eyes. It’s insanity. What a shitty person.

Besides freeing this innocent man, do we know if the trash doj lawyers who prosecuted this had access to this footage? Did they knowingly draft a materially misstated guilty plea?

The number of times you lie doesn't confer any legitimacy to your lies.

I believe he is in jail as much as I believe Epstein suicided in jail; zilch. That guy was never real to me when they posted him on all the networks. Laundered money pays for an island where this nerd hides

If only some idiot hadn't invited everyone to DC to announce 'yuge proof' of election fraud it would have never happened.

Literally walking the guy around.
Assume his defense team couldn’t get this footage?
I would question if he is even in jail and if he conspired with them. I haven't kept up with him so I don't know any details I just always thought he looked suspicious, especially operating in the same arena as Ray Epps. And recently our current/former military don't have a very good track record of upholding the constitution.

When are we going to see the “they shot a gurl, derp” actor from the time he arrived and left the capitol and who he was with?

Does this work for murder too? Can you murder someone and then just retire with no consequences?
