We shouldn't be taking guys unless they have offers from the usual suitors. Do we not even try to get 4 and 5-star defensive front-seven guys unless they're from LA or TX?
We are not going to compete with UGA or Bama on a consistent basis if we keep taking players who are ranked in the 600's (24/7) and 800's (On3). If he were that underrated, he would have more offers.
You shouldn't start star gazing until at least the summertime.

Stars matter whether you believe but or not or choose to accept it.
The teams who recruit the best and have the highest win 95% of time. So yes stars matter
