I'm just an out of state person with no clue about what should be done.

But making conservation decisions to manage a resource based on bait shops? That sounds backwards as he'll.

Most politicians in Louisiana are avid outdoorsmen. They're not gonna burn bridges. The main problem is nobody see a shortage of trout. It's only a few people with agendas that think there's an issue
