This is true.

We constantly argue within the paradigm of the existing monetary system. We are not in control. The Federal Reserve is in control. Sure we can make minor political changes here and there but overall the FR is in control because they control the money.

Not until we are outside of the central bank paradigm can our solutions to political arguments really make a difference.

Within the FR system we get few but large boom and bust. Without the FR system we get many small and shallow boom and bust. Without the FR system malinvestment is cleared out quickly. The administrative state is doomed in a system with no FR because the administrative state is overhead and malinvestment.

Anyway this is a thread hijack and I didn't mean to hijack this thread.
