Anyone else not receive PIN from IRS yet?

I have a PIN on my SSN, have had it for a few years after some a-hole tried filing illegally under my SSN. Long story.
Either way, I usually get a letter in the mail with my new PIN around January. Well I have not received it yet.
Anyone else in this boat?
I’m assuming I need to call the IRS, but any tips?

Do it online. You get it immediately.

I did it online a couple days ago; takes a few mins and they have you take a pic of your license w your phone.

Just another reason to freeze your SSN if you haven’t been compromised already.

You get a new pin each year?

We’ve had IP pins for 4 years now after having our personal identity information stolen from our mailbox.
We have never received our PINs by mail or without retrieving them ourselves from the IRS website. I go on their site every tax season and retrieve our PINs, screen shot as well as print them to include with our tax returns.
