Honey in moderation. It goes in my coffee and my tea. That’s all I ever use anymore at home.

I don’t use any of that crap anyway. I also rarely use sugar… none in coffee, none in tea.

I’ll use sugar if baking, maybe a teaspoon in my red sauce, French toast or the like. But all of these things probably add up to less than a dozen times a year.

I’ll keep you posted.

I’m sure it’s just as bad to have 10 Diet Cokes a day as 2 regular cokes.
One diet drink a day won’t contain enough sucralose to endanger you though

I learned how to drink coffee black a couple years ago. I can't tell you the last time I've used a sweetener. I'll even drink iced tea without sugar or sweetener.

Sugar is the biggest problem towards obesity.
