This is the point. People who are mentioning Eddie Furniss are being foolish. He was a great hitter, but Crews is that, plus so much more.

Best ever is a pretty high bar for any LSU. I’d say one of the best…ever. For instance, Bregman is as special as you will ever see play the game. Aaron Nola as well. Going back…Eddie Furniss.

DJ LeMahieu it will be hard to top his pro career with longevity and production
