Get a Sapphire Reserve, Platinum or X card and use priority pass lounges. Sapphire also gets you restaurants in a lot of airports.

I have that too. To be honest I didn’t even think of Priority Pass. 
Priority Pass has really been diminished though. They have started restricting access (and rightfully so) plus it’s always in the international terminal and quite the hike to get there.
