Mine routinely fluctuates up to 10 points, depending on when I take it, and activities beforehand. If it's mid-day, and I'm active right before I take it, the first reading might be a little high, but I can sit still, take deep breaths for about a minute, and just calm down, and the numbers will drop as much as 10 points.




This is my experience as well. Often referred to as white coat syndrome.

My BP is normal, but it's incredibly high at the doctor's office. Now, before my appointments, I just keep a log of my readings and give to the doctor.
