Nappy there is no place better in the city to watch the parades than 3rd and St. Charles. It was a chamber of commerce weekend. Maybe a critical mass of folks will start trying harder to change a few things. What needs to happen:

1. Recall Latoya
2. Enforce the law.
3. Elect a governor who has the courage to call a spade a spade.
4. Elect a mayor who will hire a chief of police who will enforce the law.
5. Elect a DA who will prosecute the criminals.

The success of New Orleans is critical to the success of LA. We lose NO we lose LA.

Tall order but common sense really.

None of those things are remotely realistic.

You might as well expect magical flying pixies to give everyone in New Orleans three wishes
