Once she wins her first natty with the WBB team, make her the Men's coach. I guarantee she would make a splash and we would make history.

I have zero doubt she’d get more out of this team. 2-3 wins anyway. These guys have no direction whatsoever. Every possession is ad-lib

You guys do understand that with the exception of scoring system, a court, and a hoop, women and men basketball is completely different in things like tactics, strategy, and the very nature of how teams operate?
There are things that take place in men’s basketball that even the greatest of women bball coaches have never seen before
Why do you think no major men team ever went after Geno Auriemma?

The amount of comments I’ve seen the last month about Kim coaching the men is absurd. Get a grip people.

It’s awesome that she’s even the WBB coach. Let her just stick with that.

Do you really think she would lose 14 in a row? Be honest.

There is no point in trying to explain this. I've tried. They can't comprehend it.

quote:Maybe not but that doesn't mean she'd be successful overall. We're looking for more than just not losing 14 in a row.

While I have no doubt that coach Mulkey could do the job, the minute she became men’s basketball coach, it becomes all about “breaking down barriers” and that kind of shite instead of winning basketball games. I have no interest in that kind of shite.

Maybe she could teach that underhand layup technique … God knows the men’s team can’t make layups the traditional way.

So are you saying the reverse is true also? That a top men's coach could not go to women's and win.

A nurse and a doctor both work at a hospital, and care for the same patients. There is some similarities in what they do, but at the end of the day there is a lot of major differences that makes what the doctor does more difficult.
A nurse can't just up and decide to become a doctor, and do the job successfully. A doctor can pretty easily become a nurse if he wanted to though.

That's not even apples to apples.

And neither is men's and women's basketball.

I’m saying it. I can’t think of a single example of it happening. Can you?

Coach is a coach. They coach a team. Apples and apples. See let me explain if a men's coach took a men's team to play a women's team. Not apples to apples. A mens coach goes and coaches a women's team against a women's team. Is apples to apples. Hope your little brain understands now. Coaches are some of the dumbest PE educated degrees on earth. Don't even use Doctor and nurse as examples.

Like I tried to tell the other guy. There is no point in trying to explain it. People on here are too dumb to comprehend the differences.
