Green Bay report: Packers are "disgusted with" and "done" with Aaron Rodgers

Longtime Green Bay Packers reporter Bob McGinn, said in a podcast with Tyler Dunne of GoLongTD.com that the teams looks to move on.
Per Pro Football Talk:
“They are done with Rodgers,” McGinn said, citing his own instincts, his knowledge of the league, and “discussions with someone who [has] first-hand knowledge” of the Packers.
“He’s not coming back. I mean, they’re disgusted with him, and they’re done with him. And they’re moving on.”
quote:
Boosting the belief that Rodgers will be gone, as McGinn explained it, is that the team fully believes in Jordan Love, and that the team is ready to turn the page after trading up and making Love a first-round pick in 2020.
McGinn predicts that, if Rodgers does insist on returning, he’ll be the backup to Love.
And it’s not just one person. McGinn said the entire power structure is done with Rodgers: CEO Mark Murphy, G.M. Brian Gutekunst, and coach Matt LaFleur.
They think he’s not working hard anymore. They think he showed up for 2022 not in the best possible shape, and that he blew off the offseason program.

I'm all in on trading him now and getting draft capital, but this is just ridiculous.

GB has been notoriously cheap and they haven’t exactly put a lot around him. They seem to have been in “Rodgers will get us the the NFCC” cruise-control mode.
Normally I’d side with the franchise, but not with this one.

They drafted a quarterback from Utah State in the 1st round when Rodgers was begging for receivers.
I won't put anything past this team.

Going to wild when Rodgers comes out of his darkness retreat and sees this report.

Then the receiver he begged for was Randall Cobb. When they finally drafted him receivers he didn't want to deal with young guy's growing pains.

He begged for him because that was all that was left

It was right before training camp but beg for Brandin Cooks or another guy with a pulse.

He got his bum of a buddy a job when Davante was still there. Since he's been back, Cobb has been a wasted roster spot that should have been taken up by a younger WR who could play ST's.
ETA: They also had Lazard and MVS when they resigned Cobb, so he was a pity signing

Watch them draft 3 WRs and grab one in FA

Yeah ok

I know what you mean. It was a “familiarity” signing for sure. It’s weird because GB should’ve been building some talent around him. It’s too late now, and I don’t blame him. He wants to get somewhere else and get another ring. He shouldn’t have signed the contract knowing where this was headed.

Good for him. Packers have done nothing to help him.

It’s probably going to happen and I don’t want the AFC West that stacked

Green Bay squandered the bulk of his career, as far as arm talent alone goes and throwing the ball he's the goat

The Love pick was really bad but other than that I don’t understand this narrative.
Over the past 5 or so years, he had the best WR in football, 2 good RBs and a solid o-line.

Just get him out of the NFC North. As a Lions fan, I've had to watch Favre and Rodgers own the division for like 30 years.
People dogged the Patriots for having a huge advantage in a weak division that gave them a top one or two seed many years. What about the Pack? The division has been terrible for the most part during Rodgers' run.
