I used duolingo to learn Spanish, it was pretty good, I work with Spanish speakers and that helped even more

Ive been doing duolingo and lessons about 2-3 times a week for 3 or so months and know alot amd can read and listen pretty well. Still have trouble using the words. I can say alot of stuff but my conversations are still hard to spit out. I havent put in enough time outside of duolingo and the lessons to get better. Imo you would need a couple of hours a day of conversation and practice to really improve and get fluent in a short period of time.
