Nah, that's athens... but it'll be engulfed by Huntsville soon at this rate.
My dad tried to get the town and county to incorporate as one entity ala Nashville-Davidson back in the 80's. They laughed at him, but look who keeps lassoing the most economically productive areas of Limestone Co.
If I were OP, I'd buy a good chunk of land in Jackson Co and get some good clean country living.

Close friend of mine from the delta moved to Priceville he loves it up there. You’ll find him drinking at JWs steakhouse every Friday night
I was just there a couple weekends ago. Bought some cool paintings from a guy Michael Schreck who used to get paid by African governments to hunt man eating lions and shite. His house is incredible, like a museum full of African stuff, mounted safari game, elephant tusks, paintings he did of pictures he took (one of a lion eating one of his hunting guides, painting was of an actual picture he took of the lion with a half eaten man on the ground right before he shot it. He also had a ton of family heirlooms from the civil war including sabers, daggers, muskets and colt revolvers. My friend is helping him sell and promote his artwork on social media. Really fascinating guy to talk to

Yeah, me too unless he has to drive to research park. Could do it though, I have a friend that does.
